As part of our teaching and equipping programme, Peace Community Church conducted a 4 week Life in the Spirit Seminar. We started at the Club where we first began to worship and ended the seminar on the topic of “How to be filled with the Holy Spirit” in the new church.
We at Peace Community are conscious that every member needs the infilling of the Holy Spirit so that we can live, serve and minister more powerfully in the Spirit. This has been one of our mission statements.
It was a joyous occasion when one of our members testified that despite not being prayed for ,right there in her seat God gave her the gift of tongues as the team were praying for others. We are thrilled that on the first day of worship in the new church, God sent his Holy Spirit on his people. This is a modern day Pentecost. Hallelujah.
